Every order is carefully handmade, packed, and prepared from our Christchurch workshop.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within:
1–4 business days
During busy periods, product launches, or holiday seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Within New Zealand
We currently ship throughout New Zealand.
Estimated delivery times:
- Urban addresses: 1-5 business days
- Rural addresses: 2–8 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on courier services.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:
- package size
- package weight
- delivery location
Any applicable promotional shipping offers will be displayed during checkout.
Order Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
If an incorrect address is supplied, additional courier charges may apply before the order can be resent.
Delays
Bubble Theory is not responsible for delays caused by:
- courier companies
- weather events
- public holidays
- natural disasters
- unforeseen circumstances
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged:
- Take photographs immediately.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and photographs.
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Lost Parcels
If your tracking has not updated for several business days, please contact us.
We will assist in lodging an enquiry with the courier.
International Shipping
At this time, Bubble Theory ships within New Zealand only.
We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
