Because our products are handcrafted:

Bubble Theory does not store your credit card details.

Shipping times are estimates only.

Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery times are outside our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

Bubble Theory is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect addresses supplied by customers.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the hygienic nature of our handmade bath and body products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue.

Where appropriate, we may offer:

  • a replacement product, or
  • a refund at our discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under New Zealand law, Bubble Theory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Customers use our products at their own discretion and are responsible for checking ingredient suitability.
